Tom Mastrangelo is the second longest-serving member of the Board of County Commissioners and was elected to the Board of Freeholders by the people of Morris County in 2011. Under Tom’s leadership, key strategic policy decisions were implemented such as stopping property tax increases for five years and an a $60 million debt reduction plan. Tom is also credited with overturning the County College of Morris’ policy of providing in-county tuition for illegal aliens resulting appearing nationally on Fox and Friends with host Steve Doocy.
